We suggest first asking friends, family members or neighbors for a doctor recommendation. However, you can use MD Global, Inc., to assist your physician search by name, location, or specialty.
Immigration regulations require the following vaccines to be administered:
Bring insurance cards, names and phone numbers of your other doctors, and your pharmacy’s phone number. Also, bring your medical records if your new doctor does not already have them on file.
No, all patients are accepted, whether they have pre-existing conditions or not. Furthermore, all members pay the same membership and consultant fees, regardless of pre-existing conditions. We refer all of our members to physicians, regardless if they have insurance or not.
Yes, a simple phone call will connect you within minutes to a licensed physician. Simply dial our toll free number and request assistance. Our On Call Service should mainly be utilized though if you are seeking medical condition information or specific advice and/or recommendations.

We only work with board certified, licensed doctors within the State where each member resides, as per regulation. We extensively interview and audit every physician before deciding to work with them or not. Our physicians cover the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Washington D.C., within each state/territory they are already licensed to practice within.
Most people find it nearly impossible to get in and see their regular doctor immediately when they are having a health issue. They then resort to going to either emergency rooms or urgent care centers, waiting for hours with the risk of catching some other virus and becoming even more ill. The American Medical Association reports that 74% of emergency room visits could be easily avoided with a simple phone consultation from a doctor. This is where we come in. MD Global is available to members 24/7 for both yourselves and your families. It doesn’t matter if your kids are away at school or if you are traveling domestically or internationally, we are still available to you.
Some of our most commonly handled ailments include Sinus Infections, Allergies, Cold and Flu, Bronchitis, Respiratory Infections, Pink Eye, UTI and other similar non-emergency conditions.
Our physicians are allowed to prescribe medication to members but with certain conditions. First, they can only prescribe non-narcotic/non-DEA controlled medications. Second, prescriptions are written only if it is believed to be necessary and safe. However, we assist our doctors as much as possible during their evaluations. First, our members are invited to upload their medical records to our HIPAA compliant repository. Our registered nurses then conduct a triage after which the case is finally submitted for doctor review. When our doctors return member phone calls they are already educated on the particular issues and ready to quickly assist. Once a prescription is finally issued to a member, it is electronically submitted to the member’s particular Pharmacy for quick and easy pickup. We can also provide members with Pharmacy Discount through our affiliated partner. Using that service can potentially save you up to 80% on your prescription medication costs.
Yes of course. Our registered nurses perform follow up calls with members a day after consultation to follow up on their wellness and assist with any other needs that come up.
Yes, we can certainly provide service to minors. However, an adult guardian must be on the call as well before our Doctors are allowed to provide service.
We absolutely can. After our staff performs the initial consultation, they can refer you to a conveniently located specialist, set an appointment based on your availability, and provide you your medical records and consultation report to the specialist for further review. If you also have insurance we can follow that policy’s guidelines in finding a specialist as well. Our Health Concierge service would perform both specialist appointment reminders and follow-ups.
